2024 SSI User Conference
The Venue
The 2024 Software Solutions User Conference will be held at the Summit Hotel in Cincinnati, OH from October 23rd to 25th.
Speakers
We have a variety of experts on many essential topics in the public sector industry. The Guest Speaker track is full of great information you can put to work in your organization immediately. Topics include ethics, artificial intelligence, social media and customer relationships, labor and employment law, generational communication, retirement, information technology, cybersecurity, public safety, records, utilities, and more.
CPE Credits
We offer sessions with you in mind. Many of our sessions are CPE-eligible. Sessions that count towards your continuing professional education credits will be tagged "CPE-eligible" so you know which ones to attend. We will offer a certificate at the end of sessions for this purpose.
Corner the Expert
These sessions will have a group of tables with an expert at each, speaking on a different hot topic. After 20 minutes, the bell sounds, and you will travel to the next table topic that interests you (think speed-dating). There will be four 20-minute rounds; this is a fun, interactive way to get great information on a variety of interesting and important topics.
Learn VIP
Make sure you are well-informed about Software Solutions’ products and services that can be used to help you measure performance, manage processes, make decisions, and communicate with others. We will have sessions on each product to help you learn and develop your skills.
